第一次寫食評,因為發現自己唔覺意做左「白老鼠」! 諗落幾得意,所以學人寫下 事緣一行三人途經佐敦 + 唔知食咩 + 行過見到新開張….所以唔打唔撞入左去「試菜」!人唔多,聽經理講只係剛剛開,不過反而幾舒服,咁就坐低啦,好彩點左幾樣野都唔錯,我最滿意既係....蟹雞煲: 我淨係食雞,雞肉吸收蟹既鮮味,讚!友人食蟹,佢話肉質幾「實淨」,都OK。不過最精彩既,就係差唔多食完個時,經理問「駛唔駛加個烏冬試下」,d烏冬吸晒雞蟹既精華,結果….連汁都掃埋 ,非常邪惡既食法 椒香桂花魚:好多魚片,好滑,全部無骨,懶蟲如我至愛。少少花椒味,又唔太辣。蒸魚豉油甜甜地加些少麻辣,結果...又忍唔住叫多左碗飯 可能新鋪關係,服務態度幾好。經理仲不斷需問我地意見,突然變身VIP 今次算錯有錯著,下次有機會再試下打邊爐啦!
