To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日是十年一遇的鴨鴨日,同可愛黃色橡皮鴨過既小絲到中環潮聖完超吸攰,就返屯門找間坐耐啲,舒服啲,當然要經濟啲既食店食飽啲啦。這間漁樂超少去,記得上年,天氣凍的日子時是有一人打邊爐的。那就看看還有沒有啦。可能老闆都知道香港人全年365日都喜歡打邊爐,這個邊爐一人仲有,而且價值不貴,我同小絲就一人一爐,因為食物很多,店員很好,將我們的2人位改做4人位。我點了醉雞煲$72,雞的份量一般,不過這個價位來說,肉質不錯。小絲點了特款穀飼肥牛,看油脂分佈就知是經濟價位的肥牛。份量都是一般。最大驚喜是配菜,大大份,款食很多。這個一人一爐打邊爐,我們吃了超過60分鐘。價錢才人均$70,進食體驗良好。如果考慮埋客人需要用的空間,這個打邊爐真的蝕住做。
