To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽講喺深水埗小食店有巴斯克蛋糕，甜牙齒嘅我諗住過嚟食返件點知去到已賣晒，唯有下次早啲嚟！見餐牌有地道香港小食、點咗呢幾款高cp招牌菜、食落唔錯，店主幾好人、係間充滿人情味嘅小店Soup Dumplings (Leek/Cabbage)淨湯手工餃子 (韭菜/椰菜餃子) 10隻> 餃子幾爆餡下，裡面撈咗好多馬蹄粒好爽口，餃子皮幾滑唔太厚餡嘅調味啱啱好唔會過鹹，$40有10粒餃一個字“抵”Chinese Lettuce Soup with Fish Balls生菜魚肉湯 (細)> 足料、彈牙嘅魚肉足足裝滿晒成個碗仔，一食童年回憶又返晒嚟，呢味係食情懷Homemade Tofu Pudding自家製豆腐花 > 豆腐花滑一滑有啲豆香、我最鍾意落勁多黃糖一齊食Lemon Juice 鮮榨檸檬汁> 真係飲到有檸檬肉唔係開粉沖唔會過甜，天氣開始熱飲呢杯夠晒順喉解渴，$15杯真係唔貴
