To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近天氣炎熱,想食返啲東南菜感受吓風味,加上去唔到旅行,硬令人想念,於是朋友就推介了呢間位於上環的東南菜餐廳給我。我點了炭燒黃薑雞扒飯,炭香味相當突出,有種獨特的風格,加上外皮燒得焦香焦香,一咬落去咔一聲,再加上肉中間仍保留了肉汁,兩者相加,相當出色。朋友點的是同樣是雞肉的海南雞飯,雞肉同樣鮮嫩可口,特別要提的是配的黃油飯,黃油飯的雞香相當濃厚,卻不油膩,很好地混合於飯中,值得推介。最後則加點了份蒜香牛油雞翼,雖然油膩味較重,卻相地的蒜香牛油香很好地融合於雞翼中,絕對是蒜香愛好者的最愛。
