To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由冬菇亭年代開始幫襯「明順」，見證了老闆都由matchy cut後生仔變咗阿叔。😊坐低後先點了鹹水角同山竹牛肉，鹹水角內嘅沙葛同肉粒分別，山竹牛肉實在無需點太多喼汁，因為如果太多喼汁味，牛肉味就冇碇企。另外點了大盅鳳爪排骨飯，蒸餸時流入嘅肉汁，「明順」不太硬亦不太削才是小弟所愛。最後埋尾有棉花雞，魚肚入味，蒸雞、冬菇不愠不火；人到中年，食一餐少一餐，呢餐絕對冇浪費小弟剩餘嘅配額。祝大家身體健康！
