學左法文有好一段日子,好鐘意法國嘅文化,今年生日就同屋企人去食法國大餐~ Bouillon位於小斜巷嘅角落,由法國廚師打理,侍應生都係法國人,亦有唔少法國人嚟呢度覓食,地方唔大座位比較密,牆身仲有黑白投影片播放昔日法國新聞/專題特輯,好有feel~一坐低就為我地送上一籃法包同牛油,法包仲有微溫,外皮微脆而不硬,唔錯~首先上係Entrée頭盤嘅經典之作Escargot à la Bourguignonne,Escargot係法國蝸牛,六隻都嚟自Burgundy話說體質比較大,伴蒜蓉、牛油、香芹parsley真係香氣十足,超入味~ 媽媽超鐘意個牛油蒜香芹醬,話咁快就KO左籃法包要encore~ 我試過係citxsxper買過法國蝸牛返屋企焗發覺真係完全兩回事,蝸牛嘅質感同牛油蒜香完全比唔上!Bouillon escargots真係必試~接著上嘅Os à moelle法式香烤牛骨髓仲令人驚豔,一條牛骨撥開兩邊超大,離遠已經香到暈,牛骨髓好滑,油脂係個口內蕩漾,好味到上天堂,全家都嘩嘩聲~ 伴法包食簡直係人間美味,感覺冇咁膩~ 份量超巨,兩個人食有d多,四個人食啱啱好!法包控媽媽當然又enco

一坐低就為我地送上一籃法包同牛油,法包仲有微溫,外皮微脆而不硬,唔錯~

接著上嘅Os à moelle法式香烤牛骨髓仲令人驚豔,一條牛骨撥開兩邊超大,離遠已經香到暈,牛骨髓好滑,油脂係個口內蕩漾,好味到上天堂,全家都嘩嘩聲~ 伴法包食簡直係人間美味,感覺冇咁膩~ 份量超巨,兩個人食有d多,四個人食啱啱好!法包控媽媽當然又encore多次包點汁啦hahah (Bouillon唔少菜色嘅醬汁都好吸引,同法包簡直係絕配,奉勸各位包/sauce控唔好一開頭就食太多,可留肚)

Les choses sérieuses照字面解係 serious things,其實就係mains。Mains當然唔少得油封鴨Cuisse de canard 啦,係法國西南部嘅signature dish。鴨肉先用鹽醃製,再封存係油內,既可保存得耐,肉質和味道亦更嫩更香。鴨肉係我食過幾間duck confit裡面最腍嘅,出奇地唔算太鹹/乾,但我最鐘意反而係個伴碟嘅野莓醬,點鴨肉酸酸地好fresh~ Side dish加$78有薯條過過口癮~

Main course to share我地揀左嚟自法國800g嘅小牛肉架Côte de veau ,雖然承惠一千蚊,但絕對物有所值,分量好多每人食到至少4大塊,最難得除左小牛肉外,個sauce同菇都超好味,食到我地捧住個肚~ 小牛肉比較粉嫩同滑,完全冇筋、超級tender!而且yellow wine做嘅醬非常濃郁,我地又再次抵擋唔到,法包又要出動! 哈哈~ 餐廳最impress我嘅地方係除左主菜,其他配菜同醬汁都採用多種少見嘅法國食材,一d都唔馬虎。配菜嘅morel mushroom令人驚嘆~ 網狀嘅羊肚菌口感同竹笙有幾分相似,同yellow wine sauce超夾,第一次食就愛上!

最後當然唔少得甜品啦,第一次食用熱情果盛住Crème brûlée,酸酸地好特別,一人一粒啱啱好~ 餐廳仲好貼心咁寫左birthday message,呢個birthday cake 夠哂特別~

雖然坐得有d迫,同tap water要每位承惠$30,但新鮮同特別嘅食材,正宗法國菜真係超高質,性價比高,必定encore~
