To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 牛角第一次食,預左食牛肉為主。其實仲有雞肉及豬肉。每種肉都有10幾種唔同部位或烹調方法,選擇尚算唔少。肉質都幾好,尤其係牛肉。肉味都唔錯。除左肉,仲有蝦,魚,牛油帶子仲有蔬菜,沙律,牛油金菇等,味道都唔錯。醬汁就少選擇少,只有燒汁,鹽味醬及辣漿,燒汁味道甜甜地同肉幾夾。爐火其實都幾猛,反而擺一陣唔理就會燒焦。有電子下單,會展示落車時間有跡可尋整體食物質素不錯,惟獨蜆有腥味扣分。價錢$328並要加10%服務費,有會員卡則可85折。價錢都唔平,但如果食量大以及鍾意食牛肉,其實任食都真係值回票價。法定時間只有90分鐘,準時截單,但唔會趕你走。都夠時間食飽晒,食物來得快,抵讚,唔需要好趕落單。
