今晚和友人來到位於佐敦附近味一番去品嚐高質日本料理。由於想食Omakase,於是便選擇坐在高枱Bar位可以一邊觀賞一邊食。點了Omakase 一 鮨10貫$600,先有燒油甘魚白子,似帶有魚鮮味豆腐,口感獨特﹗鮨10貫包括:金扇鯛、島池魚、甘目鯛、左口魚、油甘魚腩、帆立貝、甜蝦春、吞拿魚赤身、海膽、大拖羅腩。每一件壽司都好鮮甜厚實,YUMMY~當中特別有印象貫物:甘目鯛:炙燒味十分香,而且好腍好好食。帆立貝:松露真子在頂,厚實好多,好爽口同好甜。海膽:一d都唔腥,口感好似雪糕咁creamy~大拖羅腩:切到勁大舊,入口即溶又冇筋,真係超級肥美~另外更點了幾串串燒,厚燒牛舌$58: 燒得好好,又厚切,最重要係完全唔會韌,十分推介!荔枝豚肉卷$32:荔枝肉鮮甜多汁﹗燒青椒仔$24:不會好辣,味道清新,露荀豚肉卷$32:薄豚肉包露荀,爽口﹗稻庭烏冬係跟omakase,個湯都好好飲,而且係高級稻庭烏冬,好煙韌彈牙呀。海鹽味雲呢拿雪糕好特別,少少咸,但食落好夾,好好食~刺身、串燒都極高質,環境、食物同服務都對得起個價錢。食過真係會返尋味到轉頭,頂級享受呀!
