喂喂喂!朋友仔,你知唔知尖沙咀山林道有一間日式餐廳食得好正宗㗎?梁紹佳大廚噏到咁,食完Omakase真係一流!海鮮嘅新鮮度,嗱!咪就喺蜆肉麵豉湯一啖就知,順滑得嚟夠kick,真係唔蝕底,海鮮咁足料,啖啖肉!嗌咗個Omakase,先來三塊金目鯛,真係鮮美得滯😍。佢啲肉粉嫩得嚟,仲有啲稀有嘅鮟鱇魚肝,食落去軟滑,完全冇一絲腥味!仲有呢個金線鯛,啲魚肉鮮香得黎,叫好多日本料理店都望塵莫及㗎。油金隦腩,軟綿綿,佢啲油花分佈得好均勻,入口即化。而屋企島池魚,肉質凍澀味濃,外層脆卜卜魚鱗夾帶紫蘇花,一啖嘅清新夠哂哂味!火灸金目鯛令人驚艷!薄脆魚肝配搭,即係傳聞中既「rice to meet you」!手卷嘅部分,蔥拖羅真係滑溜又帶點刺激,每一口都令人想再嚟多幾轉👍🏻。食完嗌完,甜品是椰子雪糕坐實收尾,每一啖都清新又消暑。好啦,唔好聽我啲啲啲,自己去試吓先至知道啦,爆晒炸嘅Omakese之旅,真係唔試就蝕底!🍣🍜🍨 continue reading

朋友拉我去食一轉新開嘅日本餐廳,坐低正嗌晒一班人嘅目光。嗌咗幾樣招牌啲,首先講下佢哋嗰個和風蕃茄,啖啖清新爽口,真係開胃。然後試咗前菜,赤貝裙邊,咸香得嚟口感鮮美,好似海嘅味道喺咀裡面跳舞咁😋。啲蜆肉麵豉湯夠哂味,飲落去暖笠笠,仲有大粒蜆肉,品到鮮味直頂腦。再講講啲壽司,啊噢,個金線鯛(即係紅衫魚啦)根本就係上咗油,香滑喺咀裡面化咗。深海池魚偏肥美,有啲似煙花咁彈牙,味道就深啲,但係又唔會過份壓倒。啱啱好,好balance👌。個加拿大海膽真係無得輸,鮮甜得嚟唔膩口,識得享受既你一定鐘意😍。講到嗰碗黑松露清酒焗野菌,哎喲,個香味勁到飄出街咁遠都聞到,入口即溶,松露嘅香氣撲鼻。然後個鰻魚豆腐,豆腐香滑得滯,翻翻軟綿,真係夾到飛起,㗎嘻嘻。最後攪個稻庭烏冬,好過癮,啲湯底溝得啱啱好,唔會令到人覺得食罷咗,綿長後勁🍜。總之食完今晚,感受到實實在在嘅滿意同幸福。下次我一定再嚟,帶埋全世界一齊嚟試! continue reading
