To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 焗豬扒飯絶對是港式焗飯中的極品,快餐店、茶記,餐牌上永遠會有其蹤影。厚切的豬扒、誘人的橙色茄汁、半溶的芝士、軟腍的洋蔥及炒飯底,總叫人又愛又恨,今次又是久不久要來一次的午飯。焗飯的餐飲加了七個大洋跟例湯,今次的例湯乃木瓜花生唐排湯。木瓜花生這個組合相信可算是一個家常靚湯,以豬肉提升湯水的鮮甜味,喝得出沒加味精,鮮甜不油,滋潤味美。食大家樂的「一哥焗豬扒飯」,其實有一半是吃它的味道,另一半是想食番兒時回憶!這個飯食了十幾年,雖然豬扒細塊了,厚度又薄了,但仍然以連骨仍叫厚切的豬扒製作主菜,茄汁則用上番茄、西芹、洋蔥熬成,配料包括青豆、菠蘿、蕃茄都好夠好好味!還有大量芝士,焗出來香噴噴!焗飯好香,飯夠乾身,而且份量好大一定夠飽。唯一美中不足之處就是醬汁太少,食到一半已經沒有汁撈飯了!由小時侯十多元一個飯,轉眼間食到現在已經漲價到四十幾元一份連餐飲,算是性價比幾高的了。常不時間中食下都不錯!
