To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近香港的疫情不斷好轉，大家有回復堂食的生活，於是今日嘗試一下正宗的潮州菜.聽環境佈置新穎，環境舒適，大家記住訂位避免排長龍，在門口有一隻可愛的鸚鵡可供大家拍照之用.各式各樣的滷水十分之吸引，當然一定要嘗試一下最出名的滷水鵝，鵝肉十分之香滑，入口充滿了肉汁，加上滷水十分之香醇，吃完之後並沒有味精的感覺，感受到這一鍋滷水是充滿了廚師的心機.另一樣大家也要嘗試一下就是牛面肉，這個牛肉十分之細嫩，入口即溶，可以做一個比較和M5的牛肉分別不大，水準十足.至於飲品方面也十分之有特色，有自家製的樽仔奶茶和老藥桔.
