To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位處深水埗長沙灣嘅呢間餐館，單睇個店名以為應該係香港仔😅不過就好似星洲炒米、福建炒飯一樣，個名同個位置無關。講番啲食物，呢間餐館好適合家庭同朋友聚會，食啲夠碟頭鑊氣又食香幾支啤酒。晚餐點咗11碟菜，分別有滷水鵝肝拼盤、椒鹽白飯魚，蠔餅、咕嚕肉、啫啫芥蘭煲、炸蝦棗、蒜蓉開邊蒸蝦、刴椒大魚頭加伊麵底、鮑魚雞煲、糖醋煎麵同反沙芋。最值得推介嘅係滷水鵝肝，好滑，同滷水啲味好夾，併埋爽口鵝腸同豆腐鵝肉好好食。另外，椒鹽白飯魚嘅魚比一般嘅粗身，夠魚味。雞煲好惹味，一上台香辣味撲鼻，蒜蓉中蝦好新鮮，刴辣椒大魚頭加伊麵比較特別，個麵底因為吸收咗個汁好好食，不過唔食得辣嘅話就要小心😅個糖醋煎麵煎得好香口。相對遜色嘅反而係菠蘿咕嚕肉，菠蘿新鮮，不過肉較乾同粉多咗啲，反沙芋鬆化，可惜太粗身。整晚侍應都好忙，有侍應不足嘅感覺，不過態度好好，反正唔係去高級餐廳，氣氛反而緊要啲。
