To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔間唔時都會推出一款特別既推廣米線，今次新出品係滷汁牛肚蜂巢豆腐香辣蕃茄湯米線，咁啱2款配料我都鐘意，梗係要試下啦。🍴滷汁牛肚蜂巢豆腐香辣蕃茄湯米線$43首先講湯底，食辣BB班既我揀左十小辣，湯底幾正，辣味同蕃茄味融合得好好，又唔會搶到對方既味道，仲會有蕃茄粒係入面👍滷汁牛肚同蜂巢豆腐都係好索汁既食材，一咬落去就會有湯噴出黎🤣牛肚仲會有滷水既味道添，但係蜂巢豆腐既口感就麻麻地，好似霉霉地咁，唔知係咪因為浸湯浸得太耐。

首先講湯底，食辣BB班既我揀左十小辣，湯底幾正，辣味同蕃茄味融合得好好，又唔會搶到對方既味道，仲會有蕃茄粒係入面👍滷汁牛肚同蜂巢豆腐都係好索汁既食材，一咬落去就會有湯噴出黎🤣牛肚仲會有滷水既味道添，但係蜂巢豆腐既口感就麻麻地，好似霉霉地咁，唔知係咪因為浸湯浸得太耐。
