To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇咁早起身出街食早餐啦，今日黎到位於九龍灣淘大既大快活試下距既早餐系列。餐廳佔地面積頗大，人流都幾多。落單時要排隊，再到出餐區拎餐。今次點做個滑蛋雞扒餐，配英式多士，仲可以配一杯野飲，都係只需$32.5。先講下滑蛋，我會撒上一些胡椒粉，味道超正。雞扒睇起身好似好細一塊，但食落都OK飽ga！煎得好香好入味。多士就可以加上煉奶或者花生醬，視乎個人口味。早餐點少得一杯熱好立克，為早晨添上完美的一筆。下次再點滑蛋吉列豬扒先，睇起身都非常唔錯。
