To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 海皇西施泡飯計帶子後我覺得最好食係E個泡飯,怕一份唔夠食我地order 份半每人有一大碗海鮮湯底足料味夠鮮,熱湯上放crispy rice 脆脆口感超級好食,不過我記得以前係其他地方個湯放埋龍蝦去整個湯底,個湯鮮甜到不得了都有叫啲家常小菜好似紅燒豆腐同魚湯泡菜苖都幾好食其實食到E度大家都飽到上心口,但無理由唔試埋甜品㗎,我地其他人掛住吹水比一個對甜品有硏究之仕order 唒,真係無令我地失望呀E個甜品入房時我地依嘩鬼叫,希望無嚇親侍應其實佢係香檳啫喱芒果布甸配椰汁柚子西米露,用乾冰包裝打開蓋子白煙四散現場效果一流,好在我地坐房,唔係啲賓客比我地班鄕下仔嚇死最重要賣相得味道也超好,有機會嚟E個必試E個燉鮮奶有淡淡好特別果香,原來係荔枝容燉鮮奶,難得唔會太甜,都幾好食㗎焗燕窝蛋撻都幾鬆化香囗唔錯㗎散叫菜式coupon 有六折加兩支白酒(無折)坐埋vip room 每人六佰多埋單,我覺得超值
