講真係因為阿蘇同個老闆做過訪問,個老闆講到咁巴閉,咁就去試下la~~蘿蔔牛腩煲:蘿蔔係清甜,但我覺得就算用清雞湯去滾d蘿蔔,一樣可以滾出咁清甜!! 牛腩,覺得一煲ge牛腩都有幾多下,本身就唔識分咩係坑腩咩係崩砂崩,但真係幾鍾意呢個煲,腩肉肥瘦適中,而且唔似其他餐廳咁會見到成層油響面頭,唔錯~白飯:又係我ge最愛,唔知佢用咩米,但好似屋企煮ge嗰d咁,唔會好似出面ge飯盒,d水落得太多,飯都變糊晒
