係呢頭開餐, 除左幫襯大商場外, 係街上嘅呢D精緻餐廳都不容忽視, 門口嘅餐牌吸引度已經足以令你會拉門進內/睇完就走呢間我選擇拉門進內......................店內面積一眼睇晒, 昏暗燈光配合帶工業風嘅裝飾, 開放式水吧位, 令人感覺幾放鬆!打開餐牌再細望今晚食咩先.....................晚餐時總係喜愛有點蔬菜, 食西餐最直接簡單就係叫個沙律, 呢客煙三文魚雜菜沙律 ($88), 顏色紅紅綠綠, 紅色係黎自紅菜頭, 甜甜腍腍地, 而甜美菠蘿肉亦被佢"感染"由黃變紅; 煙三文魚切成細小片, 就咁用叉吉住食; 當然唔少得係爽脆多汁嘅沙律菜, 配以用蜜糖同芥末調製而成嘅沙律醬汁, 甜美可口!呢客白酒忌廉煮藍青口 ($88)聽到唔少客都落單, 我地當然唔執輸叫返客!  份量唔算好多, 作為小食都合格!  見到每隻青口都被香滑忌廉汁所包圍!青口體型嬌小, 放入口首先食到白酒香味, 忌廉甜味, 最後就食到青口肉嘅鮮甜味, 煮得唔會過老, 個醬汁幾得, 用黎點薯條/法飽都唔錯!身為芝士控學會資深會員嘅我又點可以錯過呢客四重芝士手拉薄餅 ($128), 已切成一份份

主菜叫左呢客黑松露野菌忌廉汁意粉 ($138), 雜菌切成粒狀, 喜愛佢嘅鷄肶菇口感爽脆, 意粉軟硬度適中及份量都幾多, 二人分享都夠呀!  每條意粉及菌類都被香滑忌廉汁包圍, 加埋黑松露嘅獨有香味, 整體味道係好夾!

牛肉漢堡就食得多, 軟殼蟹做餡料就第一次食, 呢客明太子軟殼蟹配竹炭漢堡包 ($148), 除左主角外仲有一籃炸薯條及沙律配菜!

軟殼蟹炸得香脆, 襯熱食時唔會咇到成口油, 配埋芝士生菜及滋味醬汁, 食完無食肉般咁膩感, 仲有空位食薯條, 但略為唔夠香脆, 食第一條時已帶腍身!

見佢嘅Drink Menu都有D特式飲品, 好似呢杯自家製檸檬茶 ($35), 味道檸味幾特出, 茶味亦都有D層次, 成杯你係見唔到半片檸檬及冰粒, 飲到尾你都會係呢個原味道而唔會隨著冰粒溶解而變淡!
