想試Lab Eat Bistro好耐,今日老公終於肯同我嚟,一於食盡佢!前菜揀咗西班牙紅蝦薄切,係一個好特別嘅菜式,將紅蝦壓成薄片,仍能保持蝦嘅肉質同原有嘅鮮味,口感唔錯。呢度牛扒都好多款,而且主張減少烹調時間令肉質保持鮮嫩,所以餐牌上只有頂級牛腰扒建議七成熟,我哋就選擇咗頂級牛腰扒配特濃紅酒汁同松露薯條。牛扒汁係另上,所以可以清晰見到牛腰扒嘅肉質同紋理。牛扒下仲有軟滑嘅薯蓉同炒過嘅雜菌。而伴碟嘅黑松露薯條亦都相當出色,新鮮炸起嘅薯條灑上黑松露碎,另外附上黑松露沙律醬,啖啖充滿黑松露香味。另外仲叫咗比較玩味十足嘅鬼佬黯然銷魂飯,佢嘅叉燒以鴨胸代替豬肉,食起上嚟又別有一番風味。我唔肯定佢嘅雞蛋係咪用上日本高級別嘅蘭王,不過蛋黃嘅色澤就睇得出並非普通貨色。半熟嘅蛋黃用嚟混入飯之中特別香口。呢度嘅環境令你忍唔住要叫返兩杯飲品chill番吓。小店雜果賓治果味濃郁,並非平時飲開嘅糖水。柚子盛放加入咗GIN酒,但酒味唔算太濃,都好容易入口,加上佢嘅茉莉茶底,配合柚子同青檸嘅味道,感覺仍然好清新。
