To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 休閒嘅星期日，去一個休閒嘅商場，食番個優閒嘅下午茶，簡簡單單嘅一餐，都係人生嘅小享受。這間店舖已經開咗兩個月，終於有機會嚟試而係唔使排隊等位。點咗一個煙三文魚牛角酥茶餐及柚子西多士茶餐。先嚟煙三文魚牛角酥，賣相同餐牌嗰張相極類似，牛角酥外脆內軟，一定有烘過，好味。柚子西多士落單的時候＂走牛油＂，嚟到檯面的時候，廚房唔記得＂走牛油＂，不過自己一撥就解決到嘅問題，想幫佢哋慳番啲資源都唔得添。多士非常厚身及鬆軟，極好味！奶茶ok，鴛鴦的比例適中。這間店比起其他同牌子的分店比較光猛，比較精神。是次環境及食物，非常滿意。
