To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日喺尖沙咀行街，經過新港中心，上去睇吓有咩食，上到3樓比“煌府”婚宴專門店華麗嘅門口吸引住，就入去試吓先裏面裝修得好靚果然係婚宴專門店，好多影相位鳳梨咕嚕黑豚肉$128酸味味的醒胃餸，黑豚肉外脆肉爽咬落去外面脆脆的，正薑蔥鮮蠔煲$108而家喺街市買一個筒蠔都要$110 ，呢度真係抵食，而且鮮蠔上鋪滿薑蔥，非常惹味⋯⋯玉蘭炒臘味$128臘腸、潤腸、臘肉，全部食材都唔錯，因為有時出面叫一碟炒臘味，通常都用啲劣質嘅臘味，呢度我覺得佢好新鮮，配上芥蘭炒，絕配，適合今晚涼兩地的天氣四川麻辣雞煲$138充滿麻香味的雞煲，雞件入晒味，絕對唔係得幾舊咁少，份量十足順帶一提，呢度啲侍應服務一流，我哋呢一餐飯已換咗三次碟，態度亦好殷勤，你餐飯食得好滿意好滿足另外晚飯每枱都會送上杞子桂花糕晶瑩通透，彈下彈下，甜度適中，原本諗住太飽食唔落，點知食完一舊咁好味，慢慢就食晒了⋯⋯呢度環境、食物、服務都唔錯，做婚宴或食普通晚飯，一定令你人滿意⋯⋯下次一定會再嚟幫襯
