To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友約了我到這間位於太子的「浦東晉家門」晚餐，去到門口覺得有點奇怪，朋友明明講我知是食 pizza 意粉和小食的，但是門面和裝潢卻十分中式，一點也不像是食西餐真的有點驚喜，不知食物的質素會不會也給我驚喜呢🤔🤗茴香白酒煮青口 - 茴香白酒汁味道醇厚，青囗嫩滑芝士洋蔥煙肉焗薯皮 - 芝士洋蔥煙肉焗薯皮每一口也充滿著芝士的奶香、洋蔥的鮮甜、煙肉的油潤咸香而且薯皮脆卜卜的，簡單好味👍🏻水牛城雞翼 - 微微辣外皮脆卜卜好野味👍🏻巴馬火腿火箭菜薄餅 - 餅底夠脆，巴馬火腿鹹鮮混芝士火箭菜在一起出奇地夾，好特別！
