星期日行開永安個頭,見到有間新嘅餐廳,主要係食東南亞菜,環境又幾好,服務都唔錯。所以就分別試左啲越式同泰式嘅菜式。PHO BO BEEF with ROASTED BONE MARROW 越南菜就一定會諗起pho,所以今次都叫左個越南牛肉湯河。Pho嘅湯底好香,經過24小時嘅慢煮,充滿精華。牛肉都好嫩滑,好大塊份量唔少。河粉嘅口感彈牙,掛湯一流,整體都係好食又有質素嘅一個pho 。食完之後再黎個bone marrow shot,幾特別嘅體驗。STEAMED RED SNAPPER WITH SPICY THAI GARLIC CHILI & LEMON GRASS紅鯛魚用左泰國嘅辣椒同檸檬葉去煮,酸酸辣辣咁好開胃。魚本身都好新鮮而且好大條,魚肉嫩滑彈牙,好岩share食。MORNING GLORY加左餐廳自家製嘅蝦醬炒嘅菜,而且仲有好多嘅蒜。個菜炒得非常之香,好有鑊氣。COCONUT SMOOTHIE青綠色嘅椰子smoothie飲落去帶少少酸,相當特別。原來係加入左斑斕葉打成,另外再加左青檸調味,相當消暑開胃。DURIAN STICKY RICE & COCONUT SUN榴槤果蓉係面
