我喜歡食辣,但又唔爭氣唔係食得好辣,鐘意辣那一種刺激感,令食物變得有趣,要食辣就自然會諗起四川菜,面譜已經拎左多年米芝蓮推介,之前從來未食過,所以期望都幾高餐廳係尖東,裝修好得意,掛上好多大大個面譜,即刻令我諗起變臉表演呀其中一本MENU係比較特別,用上雲南直送食材,再利用當地傳統煮法寫出多種特別菜色有兩碟前菜先食,辣辣芽菜同花生,花生比較特別,外層甜甜地咁,入面包住粒花生鐵板京蔥生爆羊肉 ($138)羊肉臨上檯先係客人面前將羊肉倒上鐵板,做成好有氣勢滋滋聲咁上,羊肉夠曬多又淋,京蔥難得完全無燒濃,愛羊肉既朋友一定要試下呢道菜辣味酸木瓜桂魚 ($228)酸菜魚就食得多,酸木瓜桂魚就真係第一次食,利用雲南食材酸木瓜的酸味,代替左酸菜,整件事夠曬天然健康,我地揀左小辣就辣度岩岩好,連湯都飲得到,桂花魚煮到岩岩好滑嘟嘟酸辣豆花拌米線 ($88)好有特色的一碟米線,將豆花、肉碎、酸菜、花生、韭菜連同醬汁拌入米線,有豆花呢樣食材真係好特別,所有野撈埋之後味道好配合,呢道冷盤岩曬夏天食,米線偏幼好有咬勁喔
