To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日黎開旺角開工，去金華冰廳食番個下午茶是常識吧。 去到餐廳，見到勁多人排隊，等左一陣先入到去食。我叫左個菠蘿油(HKD 10)，炸雞脾 (HKD 20)同杯熱奶茶 (HKD 17)。 菠蘿油熱哄哄既，牛油俾個包既熱力變成溶溶地既狀態，一啖放入口既味道係筆墨都難以形容呀。 菠蘿包既皮又脆，整體黎講真係好味。 炸雞脾就炸得好香口，唔太油膩，食落去啖啖肉。 至於杯奶茶就非常香滑濃郁，奶味同茶香十分配搭。 本來我仲想叫多個西多士，不過個胃太細，唯有下次再食過啦。
