第一次來到釣魚翁開餐,叫了個翁盛宴。乳豬,燒得皮好脆,但皮下肥膏多左啲,加上有少少少少「豬so味」,味道可以。燒鵝~呢個整體來講好味。鮑魚係鮮鮑,唔係干鮑,唔會太煙銀,幾好咬呢條魚好出色,鮮得來又唔會蒸到過老,味道岩岩好。推薦推薦。大蝦伊面~大蝦好大粒彈牙,伊面都好濃味,唔錯。呢個炒雙蚌好味,好爽口。推薦推薦翅不過不失,但料好足。高湯雜菜,味道ok。呢個係三文魚蛋白炒飯~味道偏淡,都係不過不失的一道。
