To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前睇電視介紹過這間,一直想去試試,今日去開新蒲崗就去試下。店鋪細細間但很企理,特別是墙上的裝飾很有特色。滿粥海鮮套餐包括7款時令海鮮、6款自選配料、3款特選時蔬、1款精華海鮮粥、1款甜品。$198價錢都十分大眾化。根據提示先落左肉蟹,雖然現在唔是蟹最肥美的季節,但的蟹肉都十分鮮甜。基圍蝦上來的時候仲郁咯,蝦好大只,蝦肉鮮甜彈牙。鮑魚煮3分鐘剛剛好,爽口彈牙十分鮮甜。大蜆、沙白、細蜆的肉無沙,鮮味爽口。多寶魚十分嫰滑,但魚味就就淡左的。6款配料就選左花膠、鮮滑雞件、黑毛豬腩片、櫻桃鴨肉丸、手打墨魚滑、鮮淮山。花膠要提早落煮久的才好味。黑毛豬腩片值得一試,肉味香濃食落唔覺得肥。最好味的時候到了,吸收了海鮮精華的湯加上日本珍珠米膽、冬菜、芫茜、豬油渣,一陣間鮮香味匯集於一身的海鮮粥完成了。粥吸收了所有海鮮的鮮味加上豬油渣的香味好好食。大眾化的價格十分滿足的享受。
