滿足的岩盤牛扒大餐

有時自己一個食飯，都會想食燒肉。呢間岩盤牛扒，有牛柳、牛板腱、肉眼、西冷….等不同部位選擇，我揀咗比較軟腍的牛柳， 300 g，店員會喺你面前即切即磅，感覺好勻真。另外我仲跟餐配左蒜蓉、白飯、和風湯和玄米茶！等咗大概5分鐘，就可以取餐啦。非常厚身嘅牛柳，煮到大約三成熟，牛柳面鋪滿左蒜蓉，仲有粟米粒，鐵板發出滋滋滋嘅聲音。我都唔敢怠慢，立即動手切開牛柳，俾佢在鐵板上燒多一陣，就即刻送入口。牛味非常濃郁，牛柳都好易切開。枱面仲有不同嘅調味料，我加咗少少岩鹽和黑椒，覺得味道好Perfect。肉肉加白飯，真係冇得輸，碗飯好快就食晒啦。最後飲番杯熱騰騰嘅玄米茶，飽足的一餐！
