之前有食過Lunch set,今日第一次去食晚餐,揀左Gourmet Dinner Menu。檯與檯之間唔會太近,有返D私人空間。點完菜就上左麵包同黑松露牛油,有我最鍾意既橄欖麵包配埋黑松露牛油即刻開胃晒。呢個橄欖油同醋有得買返屋企,個醋比平時食既濃少少,帶有甜味,怕酸既朋友可以一試。好快就上左前菜,我揀左炭燒八爪魚配青蘋果沙律。八爪魚好易咬開,有炭燒味不過無燶味青蘋果甜甜地一D都唔酸Pasta就點左海膽Risotto配煎帶子。濃郁既海膽味唔會腥,飯煮得剛好。帶子好輕微咁煎一煎,平時好怕食太熟既帶子,呢個剛剛好,好滿意。之後就到我都幾期待既香煎智利鱸魚配南瓜蓉。有D餐廳火候拿捏得唔好一係個皮唔脆,一係就太熟。呢度就煎得啱啱好,個皮好脆又唔燶,裡面水份充足,唔會乾晒,配埋既蔬菜鮮甜,非常滿意。最後上埋甜品同咖啡/茶。甜品有tiramisu,加埋個雪糕食到好飽!滿足的一餐。
