History is ongoing. 由細個經過想大個嚟食嘅the pawn, 到大個嚟食和昌飯店先知大樓前前身係和昌大押。感謝壽星女邀請我終於可以入內觀摩,品嚐美食,整體體驗不俗!雖然嚟食晚飯,但都揀咗2款茗茶,分別為菊花及遠年普洱。茶味唔澀,入口都幾滑~飲食推介:首先介紹點心~古法筍尖蝦餃王蝦餃又無話特別皮薄滑、餡爽口嗰啲,不過醬汁有XO醬同辣椒油,都幾加分~日本蘿蔔手作千絲酥好有驚喜!酥皮口感香脆一啲都唔油膩,裹住嘅蘿蔔絲軟腍而又保留絲絲口感,口感淡雅~海苔鱈魚脆春卷米網紋春卷皮好香脆,唔油膩👍🏻包住厚厚嘅鱈魚及滑脟脟嘅海苔,口感相影成趣~前菜方面,我哋揀咗以下2款狀元醉三鮮鮑魚幾爽口,紹興酒揮發哂,無咩酒味,好似爭少少醬汁點綴流心鵝肝蝦多士鵝肝唔流,普普通通主菜方面,我哋試咗:和昌炭燒叉燒厚切叉燒肉質唔會過實/腍,咬落輕微帶肉質,配以蜜汁,非常開胃🤤雙囍富貴鴿雙囍,即2粒鴿蛋。鴿蛋以茶漬製成,茶味不重,但驚喜的是原來鴿蛋口感係好軟滑有少少似啫喱,幾得意😋對燒乳鴿興趣不大,無咩review😅不知年陳皮意大利黑醋骨酸甜適中,甜而不膩,粉薄皮脆(nomnomnom…)圖片數目所限,
