切腩係用清湯牛腩出品,雖然賣相佢黏附一些肥膏,但食落肥瘦比例合宜,口感軟腍,所以建議唔好飛走佢,就算連肥膏一拼進食,都唔會有肥膩感,的確令人有驚喜👍🏻另外,佢哋出品時已經將粗麵同蠔油撈得均勻,食到底都唔會好油膩,加埋個清湯夠濃及唔會太咸,整體都可以值得清哂😋進食期間,我見都有唔少食客都有叫切腩撈粗,所以應該都算係招牌菜之一,期待下次試埋佢啲小食同其他菜色
