To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鮮滑雞件、手打墨魚滑、鮮淮山:雞的確很夠滑,鮮淮山白雪雪無變色,煮到仍有點爽口,很清新感覺,亦有營,墨魚滑很有驚喜,粒粒爽彈,且墨魚味非常鮮濃,真材實料,好少吃到這樣的靚貨。

店子比我想像中細小,好處是容易得到店員照顧,煮食過程很有效率,可能小店比較爆滿吧,小本經營,想多翻桌做生意亦無可厚非,十點後來有九折優惠呢,價錢是實數沒有加一,但要留意這裡沒有水供應,所有飲品都要收費的。
