To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前係大埔都有試過呢間oppa，味道都唔錯，咁啱約左朋友去旺角食飯而佢又韓式燒肉癮起，我就提議試下呢間oppa旺角分店！——————————🔸泡菜豆腐湯/韓式部隊shake shake飯雖然oppa主打韓式燒烤，但原來佢地嘅料理亦都唔馬虎！泡菜豆腐湯份量非常多，豆腐夠滑，泡菜又唔會煮到無晒味，湯嘅調味啱啱好撈落飯食一流。shake shake飯有泡菜、紫菜、午餐肉等材料，撈勻後啖啖惹味！😋🔹牛氣沖天和牛拼盤一見到張poster已經比呢個拼盤吸引，order一份已經可以食到一隻牛不同部位，包括和牛舌、牛小排、肉眼、背峰肉等，個人特別鍾意日本A4牛背峰肉，肉嘅油脂花紋均勻，肉質嫩滑而且肉味香濃，如果可以食多幾舊就好啦！😭🔹熱戀情人蜜桃西柚梳打/甜過初戀梨汁檸檬梳打食燒烤野當然叫番兩杯酸酸甜甜梳打特飲，這兩杯梳打非常解膩！個人推介檸檬梳打多啲，因為佢甜酸度平衡得較好，而蜜桃西柚飲到最後有少少西柚嘅苦澀味，但大家可以試下！
