今日帶媽媽去銅鑼灣食晚飯,揀左呢間細細地但好有feel既西餐廳。餐廳有個open kitchen,睇到廚師煮食。另外有個小小既bar ,但我地今次就無叫到飲品。我地一人一set 4-course dinner先有soup of the day,係蕃茄南瓜濃湯,好濃既蕃茄味,加上南瓜既清甜,好開胃!前菜有四款,我揀左salmon skewer,係三文魚同青紅椒既串燒,三文魚半生熟,好稔滑,配合黑醋汁同檸檬汁,係一個非常高質既前菜!媽媽揀左白酒煮青口,一碟有五隻,好濃白酒味,青口都好新鮮。到主菜部分,我要左cod fillet,魚皮煎到好香脆,魚肉就好軟滑,伴菜有d藜麥同雜菜,份量剛剛好。而媽媽要左五成熟既安格斯牛扒伴烤薯仔,睇圖都知牛扒煎得幾好,唔會過熟,十分juicy完全唔"鞋"。雖然已經好飽,但女人總有胃口食甜品。我地叫左一份dessert of the day,今日係朱古力蛋糕。好濃朱古力味但係比較乾身既一款蛋糕,要加上cream食就岩岩好。另外叫左呢到好出名嘅Molten cheesecake,完全唔係平時諗到既芝士蛋糕,佢係一塊pancake包住一大嚿半溶狀態既cheese,非
