To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來係因為見到Menu上嘅吉列牛而黎, 但最後竟然無叫事關見到另一個更加吸引我嘅板燒雪花牛肉餐去到門口見到好多人等緊, 拎完飛等咗大約20分鐘我地就可以入座了環境唔錯, 裝修清新, 不過呢d晚飯時間會好多人, 座位稍為有啲迫, 同隔黎枱距離好近呢個係一人火鍋, 牛嘅份量都唔小味增湯底比較清淡一上枱就覺得好豐富, 啲牛肉有成十幾塊, 而每一片牛都好厚, 自己燒自己食, 想幾熟就燒到幾熟佢有3種醬料提供, 有特製醬、燒肉醬同鹽本人最喜歡鹽, 因為會令牛更加好食🤤薯條即叫即炸好新鮮, 但極小鹹蛋黃味
