To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太平山街向來自成一角,小社區內除了聚集咗多間別樹一幟嘅 designer store、boutique 之外,還有不少個性小店,所以每逢周末,都吸引不少區外人到此落腳。這天相約好友到「POHO」尋寶,消磨了大半天,雖然未至於滿載而歸,但亦略有斬獲。行到鬼咁攰,很想找個地方歇息,友人提議嚟呢間主打南洋美食嘅「榮華南洋冰室」吃頓  late lunch。餐廳位於差館上街,門面十分搶眼,牆身髹上一身亮光的藍色外衣,再配以黑底金字招牌,既鮮明又奪目。店內擺設亦令人眼前一亮,綠白相間嘅紙皮石地板、木檯凳、用環保木砌成的水吧,裝潢懷舊,風格帶點南洋的味道,嚟打卡就最適合不過!先細看餐牌,食物滲透東南亞風情,咖央多、香茅豬扒、海南雞飯、泰式沙嗲串燒、秘製咖喱,甚至連南洋全日早餐都有,選擇都幾豐富。我哋點咗海南雞髀飯 ($68) 同 南洋特色常餐 ($58) 各一份,兩客套餐均奉送熱飲,如果想轉凍飲,則須另 +$4。雞肉已去骨,仲要係髀位,入口啖啖肉,皮爽肉嫩,肉味亦非常濃郁,配泰式辣醬及薑油吃,味道有層次。油飯也有水準,顆粒分明,有咬口兼帶微微韌性,鹹淡亦恰到好處。常餐有香茅豬扒、黃薑雞扒、海南雞翼

牛油雞翼即叫即炸,外皮脆卜卜,入口好重蒜蓉同牛油香,肉質鮮美多汁,夠晒惹味。金邊粉分量亦不欺場,大大碗,滑溜又煙韌。

話晒都係南洋餐廳,一場嚟到,梗係要試埋佢哋嘅咖吔多。見到水吧旁邊放滿了一罐罐香蘭葉咖央醬,想必是咖央多的靈魂。味道果然有層次,咖央醬甜度適中,入口帶陣陣斑蘭香,風味十分正宗。
