這晚係灣仔開完會真氣難下。開足半日同老闆頂足半日。感覺好委屈自己。心裡決定要食返些好野去平衡自己的心態。決定係北角找找好食餐廳。係北角區內竟然不覺意下見到間上樓地道好有趣既餐廳(店小二)我同朋友貿然衝了入去去試試。荷葉籠仔蒸乳鴿(白飯底)。乳鴿肉質鮮嫩,經過荷葉包裹蒸製,散發出淡淡的香氣,讓人垂涎欲滴。白飯底吸收了乳鴿的精華,口感滑順,與鴿肉相得益彰。整體味道清新,不油膩,荷葉的清香更提升了整道菜的層次感。雖然份量不算多,但每一口都充滿了滿足感,炸大腸配鮮菠蘿。炸大腸外脆內嫩,口感豐富,搭配鮮菠蘿的酸甜,形成絕妙的對比。菠蘿的清新能有效中和油膩感,讓整道菜更加開胃。藤椒爆妙牛仔骨。一道令人驚艷的菜品,牛仔骨肉質鮮嫩,經過精心調味,藤椒的麻香味與牛肉的鮮美相互交融,帶來獨特的風味。炒至微焦的外皮增添了口感層次,讓人一口接一口。整體味道香辣適中,十分開胃,絕對值得一試!
