To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

拉近椅子，心情興奮，譚家米線來一份！腩肉墨魚米線居然這麼澎湃，真是讓我個個望穿秋水呀😍！味道嘛，不用多說，正宗得很！但那墨魚丸，哎喲，喺得！鮮香彈牙，墨魚味正到爆炸，豬腩肉的油香呢，就喺得剛剛好，絲毫唔會覺得肉油膩！土匪雞翼，名氣巨響，一嘗果然名不虛傳！🐔孜然香撲鼻，芝麻撒落，口感上分分鐘升天！每一啖，都是滿足到不行。轉個彎，帶上班底，外賣米線回轉工位，湯麵分家，真心賣點！墨魚丸再現風采，雞肉多到嚇人，口感雞味十足，不過再爽滑點就無敵喇！最後，套餐完結篇，過橋米線救急！無辣味清湯基底，夾帶甜酸肉沬令人神清氣爽！每一根米線都黏上炸醬，簡直喺得極致享受。啲哋，譚家米線，啱味又過癮，我一定會再黎！🍜
