To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間分店我試過3次，已目睹他人1次漏單，而本人亦試過1次。叫了食品，但店員沒有落單，而食客通常就當遲來的客人落的單都出了單才發覺。經過爭執後，店員才真正入單。我果次仲衰D，條懵婆仲以為我追餐，猛問我張單呢?我話落左單後無出單比我，要我講左幾次佢先明白，真笨。以此推測，D嬸嬸大部分是新人，無經驗，不熟悉工作流程。另外，我認同前一個食評。果日我食紅薯粉酸辣粉加豬扒，塊豬扒無呢味道，要酸辣湯底伴吃才有D味。其實塊扒最好以碟分開上，保持香脆程度。
