係諗緊食意粉定Risotto嘅時候, 店長就推介呢個好有泰國Fusion菜特色嘅炒意粉, 聽到個名都覺得惹味!!就試吓呢個新出品, 意粉煮到al dente 令到口感好好, 另外加咗紅椒青椒胡蘿蔔, 好爽口! 咁多蔬菜一啲都唔覺得油膩, 而魷魚面包滿香草, 好入味, 我覺得辣度有啲似瑤柱海鮮XO醬

燒醬汁醃得好入味, 肉質爽口, 起碼有9條骨份量, 如果可以保留更多肉汁就好啦~旁邊嘅薯片係自家製ga, 刨成薄片後炸成, 口感特別唔同

推介此  4.5/5 返工及居住地方都係觀塘區, 經常都會去到商場食飯, 好多舖位都已經被大集團壟斷, 新意亦唔多, 味道工廠化, 嚟到工廠大廈附近嘅小店, 會食到配搭創新, 味道跟有個性嘅菜式, 因為餐廳嘅資產就係廚師嘅頭腦經驗及心思, 喺呢度可以更加放大, 令我好佩服, 今次點嘅菜式都好好食, 因為食過佐敦分店兩次, 對佢好有信心, 感覺環境方面可以花多啲心思增加氣氛, 如果係觀塘區不妨行入黎試吓
