食開既打冷舖都係地舖, 而樓上打冷舖的確比較少, 呢間仲要係24小時營業, 若非開係旺區都幾難做! 呢間新式潮州菜店, 荃灣都有分店, 食過幾唔錯, 今次再食!店內裝飾幾中國化, 大部份係二人枱, 2人上黎打冷都無問題, 又真係見多情侶或後生仔上來開餐喎打開餐牌, 食物選擇款式都OK多, 有D菜式個名都幾搞鬼, 例如炒饅頭, 家常牙籤鷄, 仲見到醬醃海鮮類, 呢D真係比較係傳統潮菜館見唔到既!肚餓啦, 先叫呢款香辣魚仔炒蟶子王, 2隻起, 呢度份量係4隻, 食落好香豉汁味, 配以洋䓤, 青紅椒, 加埋香辣魚仔, 令爽口彈牙既蟶子肉更好味, 已預先起好肉, 方便易食!見到餐牌上有呢款椒鹽剝皮魚, 香口之物, 一碟魚既份量唔少, 帶甜味既剝皮魚干, 雖則細細條但幾鮮味, 連魚骨都可以食埋落肚, 咪比佢咁多紅辣椒絲, 但食落一D都唔辣, 用黎送啤酒真係一流呀!估佢唔到打冷居然會有牛雜食, 呢款十七香牛雜鍋(細), 備上火爐熱住食, 再滾起就食得, 鍋內材料包括牛腩, 牛肚, 牛柏葉, 牛腸及蘿蔔, 每樣都切得細細件方便入味, 呢鍋牛雜用黎送飯都幾夾, 係天氣凍既日子食就就更滋味!酸
