香港嘅中菜選擇嚟嚟去去都離不開酒樓,叫幾個例牌餸飯或者炒碟粉麵飯;想high class啲就會去到酒店級嘅中菜館,但唔係請飲擺酒真係唔會去。想搵啲中價嘅選擇,又想食啲有創意特色嘅中菜,咁就要去近期流行嘅新派中菜館喇!我哋細細過就已經食過嘅富臨酒家,近期喺沙田推出全新品牌富臨薈,正正主打新派中菜,為食嘅我哋,又要行動喇!沙田乳鴿嚟到沙田又點可以唔食乳鴿呢?聽店員講,呢到嘅乳鴿唔係用一般食用油嚟炸,全部都係用乳鴿油炸,所以隻隻都原汁原味,乳鴿嘅肉質非常鮮嫩,又滑又多汁,最重要係外皮炸得脆卜卜!有雞先定蛋先呢個問題問得真係好,我話有雞先,因為隻隻雞仔都好得意呀!原來每隻雞仔都係咸水角,入面餡料有豬肉碎、韭菜、蝦米、冬菇、沙葛。真係傳統得嚟又好有創意!食落好香口又唔膩。至於啲雞蛋入面原來係雞蛋布甸,好好味呀!神紅米金沙腸就咁睇,好似炸兩咁姐!原來表面呈現紅色嘅皮係用上洛神花,咬開煙韌嘅外皮之後,入面就係脆卜卜嘅春卷,口感好豐富架!鴻圖超脆麵脆麵嘅汁同個麵相當match,加埋表面嘅蟹肉,真係非常好味!發過豬頭點心拼盤大大隻又cute嘅豬真係好吸睛!原來係紫薯包,呢隻甜甜哋嘅豬豬真係好啱我A姐心意

呢個問題問得真係好,我話有雞先,因為隻隻雞仔都好得意呀!原來每隻雞仔都係咸水角,入面餡料有豬肉碎、韭菜、蝦米、冬菇、沙葛。真係傳統得嚟又好有創意!食落好香口又唔膩。至於啲雞蛋入面原來係雞蛋布甸,好好味呀!

大大隻又cute嘅豬真係好吸睛!原來係紫薯包,呢隻甜甜哋嘅豬豬真係好啱我A姐心意。而旁邊成隻粟米咁嘅,的而且確就係栗米包,入面嘅餡好似飲緊粟米湯咁,好好味架。呢個黑嘅包原來係黑金流沙包,一咬落去,啲流沙就不停流落嚟,好滿足呀。至於旁邊嘅餃就係墨汁蟹肉餃同翡翠白肉餃,一個用蟹整成,一個就用蝦整成,兩粒都好新鮮,建議先食淡口味嘅翡翠白肉餃先,咁就唔會比重口味嘅墨汁蟹肉餃蓋過陣味啦。

用上2大隻蟹整成嘅西班牙膏蟹飯,真係叫埋隔離陳太落嚟食都得!好味到唔識形容,用蟹膏嚟撈飯真係好奢侈,但真係唔停得口!至於蟹肉非常之多,又新鮮又好味!
