本身係潮州人既我,自細就已經成日食潮州菜,一向都幾鐘意食,男朋友知我鍾意,所以今晚就帶左我去旺角食潮洲菜 呢間餐廳地方較細,以露天坐位為主,所以都要等左一陣先有位 坐低後跟住就叫左幾款小菜~第一道係小米餃!樣似魚皮餃,食落煙煙靭靭,有口感,內裡的豬肉餡同魚乾香極之野味,食在口中十分爽口彈牙,一啖一粒,都幾好食~ 第二道係自創潮式炒米線!入面夾雜著豬肉和冬菇,咸香四溢,米線亦炒得剛好,唔會太硬又唔會太淋,加埋爽口既新鮮蔬菜,口感尤具層次~第三道係鹵鴨,很入味之餘,仲咸道適中,食在口中甚是滋味,唯一就係切得太細碎,進食時要較小心鴨骨!第四道係豬油渣炒菜心!咸香的豬油渣極之香口惹味,炒出來既菜心,口感爽嫩無比,加上廚師的巧手切工下,令每啖口感更佳,食下食下就好快被我食晒!第五道係巨型脆香手打魚蛋!我男朋友一見到就嘩出聲來,因為真係好巨,食落就好似食緊薯片咁香脆,炸得香口唔太油膩,yummy~~最後係潮汕砂鍋中蟹鮮雞粥!當中既配料係可以自由揀選,我就揀左中蟹同鮮雞,由於製作需時,所以我最先叫,都要最後先食到佢!粥底係潮州粥,有粒粒白米,所以每啖都有嚼感,蟹肉都好鮮甜彈牙,雞件亦好嫩滑
