今日去咗元朗當然不忙搵下有咩食啦, 突然俾我醒起有間潮州店食腸粉好出名, 而且仲拎過米芝蓮嘅 所以決定試一試佢。 搵餐廳期間我哋搵唔到條路, 所以決定打電話去問一問, 點知原來老闆同我講佢哋已經收咗工,(心諗,唔係掛,專登過黎食唔到😢), 正當我哋有啲失望嘅時候, 餐廳老闆同我哋講等埋我哋先收工呀! 仲教埋我哋點樣行過嚟會容易啲!覺得只係小店先會咁好。去到餐廳老闆依然笑容好好,好熱情招待並冇黑面, 十分抵讚👍首先試一試佢嘅#潮州式腸粉食起上嚟個腸粉皮好滑,裡面有好多配料有生菜芽菜仔魷魚,個感覺食起上嚟有啲似台灣嘅阿仔煎不過係用左腸粉做皮, 而個獻汁就淡口咗少少啦, 不過如果你鍾意食淡口既其實ok嘅, 只不過我同我朋友都係重口味je haha😂😂再食左個 #紫菜蝦棗湯哩個紫菜棗湯係我嘅真心推介😋😋😋, 老闆話係把蝦肉同蝦膏人手剁打成棗ga, 再用上紫菜湯嚟煮, 口感好彈牙,好重蝦味呀, 同埋食得出好有鮮味!唔似平時喺其他地方食到既咁(梅)🤔炒粿汁哩間嘅粿汁係用米磨成漿再加番薯粉,切成粗粉條, 食落去口感好煙煙靭靭,不算太油膩, 不得不提裏面嘅配料用咗紮肉芽菜一齊炒, 呢度嘅扎肉都係好彈

食起上嚟個腸粉皮好滑,裡面有好多配料有生菜芽菜仔魷魚,個感覺食起上嚟有啲似台灣嘅阿仔煎不過係用左腸粉做皮, 而個獻汁就淡口咗少少啦, 不過如果你鍾意食淡口既其實ok嘅, 只不過我同我朋友都係重口味je haha😂😂

哩間嘅粿汁係用米磨成漿再加番薯粉,切成粗粉條, 食落去口感好煙煙靭靭,不算太油膩, 不得不提裏面嘅配料用咗紮肉芽菜一齊炒, 呢度嘅扎肉都係好彈牙, 老闆話呢度嘅食材唔會係平時啲supplier到訂, 大部分都係潮州嘅鄉下攞返嚟或者手打, 所以冇加防腐劑㗎! 難怪哩到既蝦同埋紮肉都咁彈牙,咁爽口啦~

最後老闆送咗個煎綠茶餅比我哋食

哩度嘅甜品我覺得都唔差wor,起碼食起上嚟唔會太漏唔會太甜, 裡面好似仲加咗少少芋蓉, 綠茶味唔係太出, 但係食起上嚟整體個口感又好夾!😊

我同朋友都話下次會再嚟幫襯, 因為真心覺得食起上嚟好開心同埋食到好有人情味
