To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近期都愛上了在時代廣場開餐，主要是貪其三小時免費泊車優惠，加上飲茶一向是小妹偏愛，百樂這間潮式酒樓，又怎能錯過呢 😋😋😋環境光鮮企理，服務週到 🥰🥰，座位寬落，沒有一般酒樓的吵鬧，可靜靜嘆個午飯，實屬難得 👍💖💖芥蘭 $68，是用上湯煮成，用炸香的蒜蓉吊味，口感非常軟稔，就算小孩老人食用，都完全無難度。生菜牛肉球粥 $58，牛肉球的牛肉味道甚濃，疑似是新鮮手打的，口感嫩滑。粥底味道不錯，加上帶點爽口的生菜，叫人吃得不亦樂乎。百樂蝦餃皇 (2件) $31，蝦餃質素高低，取決於餃皮是否晶瑩透薄，煙韌嫩滑；略作調味的蝦肉爽口彈牙，這客蝦餃水準很不錯。潮州煎五香糯米卷 $68，這個糯米卷很有特色，外層煎得微脆，內裏的糯米飯保持柔軟，加上五香粉獨特的味道，及惹味的醬汁，令人一試難忘。鮮蝦瑤柱菜苗餃 (2件) $34，味道賣相都尚可，只是未及其他點心般出眾。🤭🤭潮州蒸粉果 (2件) $21 ，平日吃到的粉果，那層皮都是厚厚的，這客就很不同，口感跟蝦餃皮相似，至於饀料就是一貫的花生跟肉碎，有驚喜！結賬時發現被預計便宜，原來下茶時段有85折，真是驚喜無限 🥰🥰
