To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

媽媽話好想試吓德昌魚蛋粉，因為我哋每次去到門口都見到大排長龍，怕等得耐，不過今日唔肚餓又唔趕時間，就即管等吓啦! 其實個個都食完就走，所以都唔係等好耐啫。佢D魚蛋話係手打o架! 真係幾好食，雲吞和水餃水準亦高。我們發現這裡除了潮州粉面出色外，原來西茶都好得，我見同枱個哥哥叫咗個營養餐，有一塊扒、炒蛋、煙肉及多士，仲可以配鮮奶，都係$24，真係抵，而且一睇就知道好食，下次再嚟真係要試吓先得。
