是日同老豆慶祝生日, 一行4人黎到荔枝角同長沙灣中間既潮匯館, 你想像吾到喺呢個甘多車房工廠既範圍入面會突然間有一間隠世食而打正旗號食潮州野呢間潮食店比較特別.同一般打冷有點兒不同, 打冷係比較食鹵水鵝, 大眼雞, 蠔仔粥,之類大眾化,   而某些潮州菜亦都好注重手工精細我覺得呢間算係混合左兩者! 不過今次就主力試下打冷既菜式蠔仔粥: 用沙窩而宜深既煲煮, 令到味道均混.粥算係幾綿.蠔仔好大粒新鮮.GOOD!鹵水鵝肝:吾係間間打冷有得食, 中式鵝肝肉比較粉同綿, 一咬落去成啖鵝香油同粉狀, 口感豐富!, 值得一試, 但不易多吃!梅羔骨: 聽說係用梅子醬整成既排骨, 呢味最好食, 我很喜歡梅子既調味, 酸而開胃.!, 配水芝麻更添香味.GOOD!!!鹵水併盤, 味道中上, 食得出濃味既鹵水日子有功, 值得一提腩肉不錯大眼雞: 而家大眼雞, 魚肉滑, 新鮮. 下次黎會叫一大班人.食盡佢不同味道既菜!

呢間潮食店比較特別.同一般打冷有點兒不同, 打冷係比較食鹵水鵝, 大眼雞, 蠔仔粥,之類大眾化,   而某些潮州菜亦都好注重手工精細

我覺得呢間算係混合左兩者! 不過今次就主力試下打冷既菜式

蠔仔粥: 用沙窩而宜深既煲煮, 令到味道均混.粥算係幾綿.蠔仔好大粒新鮮.GOOD!

鹵水鵝肝:吾係間間打冷有得食, 中式鵝肝肉比較粉同綿, 一咬落去成啖鵝香油同粉狀, 口感豐富!, 值得一試, 但不易多吃!

梅羔骨: 聽說係用梅子醬整成既排骨, 呢味最好食, 我很喜歡梅子既調味, 酸而開胃.!, 配水芝麻更添香味.GOOD!!!
