叔公嬸婆於灣仔名店「鈺潮州菜」設宴款待親友,年紀輕輕嘅XO仔亦有份參與,實感榮幸萬分。潮州菜館正門設於地下,門牌光鮮,故不難找到。通往樓上用餐大堂必先行經梯級或乘坐升降機。長輩早已安排晚宴於廂房內進行,空間感足,私隱度更高。餐桌上擺有齊備嘅自用及公用餐具;菜單早已訂好,大家只需飯來張口。潮式凍大紅花蟹:大大隻花蟹橙美吸睛,厚厚嘅蟹肉鮮嫩多汁。潮式四喜拼盤:潮式拼盤內含四款香口小食,其中普寧炸豆腐外脆內嫩,潮陽蝦棗及蟹棗鬆爽彈牙,最特別就係半脆半腍嘅蝦米薯仔粿。鹵水拼盤:鹵水拼盤中小肥唔識食掌翼,不過舖面嘅鵝腸夠爽、墊底嘅鵝肉都好夠肉汁。椒鹽九肚魚($128):九肚魚外層酥脆,魚肉嫩滑,惹味小食也。紅燒潮州翅($348/位):每人一客嘅潮州靚翅十分足料,翅翅又粗又滑溜,紅燒湯底亦香濃暖胃,極為窩心!蒜子火腩扣花錦鱔皇腩:大肥爸爸激讚鱔皇腩嘅鱔皮厚潤腍滑,肉質幼嫩鮮甜肥美。伴配嘅豆苗翠綠軟嫩,同大大隻冬菇一樣索盡煲中嘅精華!豬油炒白菜仔:話明用豬油炒嘅白菜仔肥嘟嘟,外表尤其油潤有光澤,食落爽脆鮮美。沙爹牛河($148):單尾沙爹牛河微辣鮮香,河粉麵條幼滑肥彈,牛肉又夠鬆軟,就連芥蘭都脆卜卜
