Restaurant: Chong Fat Chiu Chow Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢次係奶油包咁大個女第一次打冷朋友 A先生 (當時係朋友...) 就介紹嚟呢度食個日我地叫咗以下既野食1. 唔知叫咩既雜菜湯 (其實係因為都已經幾個月前既事,奶油包已經唔記得個名!)真係唔差....有菜有肉又有湯不過一定要熱食2. 煎蠔烙似用油勁炸...食完好有罪惡感不過蠔仔夠多,蛋餅夠脆3. 大眼雞基本上都好難整得難食4. 鵝片并鵝腸咁大個女都未食過咁多鵝腸5. 反沙芋十分之好食...初頭以為會好漏啦,點知好鬆化好香,上面D糖口岩口岩好,唔會太甜,正!

真係唔差....有菜有肉又有湯
不過一定要熱食

2. 煎蠔烙
似用油勁炸...
食完好有罪惡感
不過蠔仔夠多,蛋餅夠脆

3. 大眼雞
基本上都好難整得難食

4. 鵝片并鵝腸
咁大個女都未食過咁多鵝腸

5. 反沙芋
十分之好食...
初頭以為會好漏啦,
點知好鬆化好香,
上面D糖口岩口岩好,
唔會太甜,正!
