潮州菜必吃嘅滷水鵝拼盤,有鵝片丶墨魚片丶腩肉丶豆腐、蛋芋絲用五香(指花椒、八角、桂皮、丁香花蕾、茴香子)調味,先蒸後炸,外層脆內層鬆化,絕對係經典潮州點心,好難得可以食到鯧魚片鮮嫩細緻,油脂豐富,口感扎實,有鮮味侍應姐姐會幫忙分湯,湯渣會成碟奉上,忍唔住試咗隻雞腳,入哂味,同個湯一樣甘甘地!呢個燉真係好足料,香醇厚實,身為燉湯愛好者嘅我,非常滿意!原來老香櫞(即佛手果)係潮州三寶之一,酸酸甜甜的嘅醬汁炆煮一字骨,入味,肉嫩,送飯一流炒飯有蟹籽、帶子粒、蝦、菜粒,外層有蛋絲,熱辣辣上枱,飯粒粒粒分明,鮮味十足潮式甜品不能錯過的反沙芋,芋頭先炸得酥脆乾身,再炒上粒粒脆糖,炒至乾身,皮脆肉香!潮州馳明甜品之一,喻意吉利,據說傳統芋泥係用豬油拌炒,質感軟軟綿綿,超滑,易入口潮州菜餐前餐後不少得嘅功夫茶,茶比較濃郁,飯前飯後飲一小杯,有助消滯解膩。
