🥳喺一間裝修型格嘅酒吧,嘆吓潮州菜,感覺又幾特別喎~依間新派酒吧喺銅鑼灣,係潮州菜x 酒吧餐廳Crossover ,中西合璧夠晒型👏🏻▪️威士忌酒香鵝肝 $138 例牌賣相很特別喔🥳 在小杯的威士忌上,用了煙槍來做了一個大氣球泡泡,泡泡可以維持大約1分鐘吧~然後會自己破掉的~想打卡的話,要把握時間喔💗感覺鵝肝是用中式方法來烹調,保留了鵝肝清爽的質感,入口不油膩,淋了威士忌後🥃酒香提升了的香氣。▪️香芒酥 $58一客有6大片,份量比我預期的多,外層好脆口,質感有點像薯片🥭內裡有香甜流心芒果餡,作為小食這個淡淡的甜度很恰好。▪️午市餐單:滷蛋鵝肉飯 $68我在平日中午到訪~這個時段有午市潮式客飯選擇👍🏼配以中湯。選了滷蛋鵝肉飯,這裡的白鹵水是自家調製,帶出鵝肉的鮮味。
